Our client is a design-build contractor that specializes in federal healthcare projects at military installations. They serve across the nation from their headquarters in Reston, Virginia. They have an immediate opening for a Project Manager in West Point, NY. This role will be part of an on-going project at Keller Hospital. General Job Duties: Participate in design review process. Oversee construction lifecycle, from mobilization to close-out. Prepare, manage, and update project schedules to ensure timely project completion. Review submittal and RFI's, including subcontractor submissions, for accuracy prior to submission to owner or designer of record. Act as lead for preconstruction and preplanning activities to ensure project is completed in accordance with the contract documents and within budgetary constraints. Project documentation processing to include daily reports, pay applications, submittals, RFI's, warranty information, close out documents, record drawings and all final release documents. Material buyouts and ordering to ensure project schedule is met. Candidate will act as liaison and manage all communications/ meetings between customer, company, and subcontractors. Financial oversite to include preparation of project forecasts and work in progress schedules as required. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Positive attitude Responsible, accountable, and detail oriented Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with hospital and healthcare projects. Experience with design-build a plus Proficient in Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Bluebeam is required. Experience with SQL, Textura, Honest Buildings, Field Wire and similar Construction SW is highly desired.
