Construction Project Manager - 12-Month W2 Contract - Clayton, NC I am seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the construction and development phase of a significant new drug product facility in Clayton, North Carolina. This is an opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project within a leading organisation in the life sciences industry. Responsibilities: Support the development and construction phase of a new drug product facility. Manage workflows for pre-work packets, utilities, maintenance, and facilities. Coordinate and manage interface agreements between various teams and stakeholders. Facilitate high-level coordination across multiple departments to ensure alignment and smooth project progress. Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the project. Experience Required: Proven expertise in pharmaceutical construction and finished product manufacturing. Significant experience with greenfield projects, especially in the life sciences sector. Strong background in project coordination, planning, and high-level stakeholder management. Experience in managing interface agreements and working across various project teams. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring project success.
