Key Responsibilities ✅ Project Management: Oversee commercial refrigeration installation projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control. ✅ Estimating & Bidding: Prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids for refrigeration projects. ✅ Change Order Execution: Manage project modifications, ensuring scope changes are documented, priced, and executed efficiently. ✅ Gross Margin Optimization: Maintain profitability by controlling costs, negotiating vendor contracts, and optimizing labor allocation. ✅ Site Coordination: Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. ✅ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects meet all state, federal, and industry-specific regulations.
