Senior Project Manager

This role involves leading an estimation and project management team that coordinates with departments, resources, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. The Senior Project Manager ensures that all project objectives are met, risks are managed, and project deliverables align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management Budget & Resource Management Risk Management Stakeholder Engagement Team Leadership Performance Monitoring Quality Assurance Change Management Documentation & Reporting Vendor Management The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification preferred. 7+ years of project management experience, focusing on managing large, cross-functional projects. Proven experience managing budgets and resources, meeting deadlines, and delivering projects within scope. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including executives, clients, and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
