In this important position, you will: Set and own the site Operational Excellence roadmap; Win buy-in from the organization's leadership team; Impact the KPIs to improve OTD and reduce past due product orders; and Manage and mentor 1 CI Engineer. Qualifications: BS (Engineering preferred) 10 + years of manufacturing experience (high mix, low volume machining and assembly environment highly preferred) Lean Manufacturing tools trained Operations management with ownership of production metrics Track record of effectively solving problems to move the needle, i.e. made $, saved $, reduced, improved Confident Hands-on US Citizen Take on Plant or Divisional leadership responsibility.
