This leadership role requires a service-driven professional with a passion for elevating guest experiences through impeccable standards, refined processes, and team development . The ideal candidate thrives in a high-touch hospitality environment , has a proven track record in luxury outlets management , and is skilled in creating and implementing service procedures that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence & Guest Experience Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, bars, and in-room dining . Establish and uphold personalized service standards , ensuring a flawless guest experience. Implement and refine operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency. Maintain a visible presence on the floor, fostering genuine guest connections. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing, service-focused team. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and empowerment . Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans to ensure continued growth. Lead pre-shift briefings and ongoing training to maintain consistency in service excellence . Financial & Business Acumen Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L oversight for all outlets. Analyze revenue streams and implement strategies to maximize profitability . Monitor and control labor costs, food & beverage costs, and operational expenses . Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to develop creative and profitable menus. Process & Standards Development Design and enforce detailed SOPs for service, reservations, and guest interactions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations . Continuously refine service sequences to exceed luxury hospitality expectations. Drive engagement scores and guest satisfaction metrics through structured improvements. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of luxury hospitality experience in a Director of Outlets, Restaurant GM, or similar leadership role . Strong background in team leadership, service standards, and process implementation . Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost control . Passion for personalized, high-touch guest experiences . Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment . Relocation to Lenox, MA is required (relocation assistance provided).
