What You'll Do: Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with a variety of learning and behavioral needs. Use a variety of teaching methods and interventions to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of your students. Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families to provide the best possible learning environment for each student. Assess and track student progress, making adjustments as needed to help students succeed. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's preferred). Washington State teaching certification for Special Education. Experience working with students with a wide range of special needs (preferred but not required). Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
