Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. What you'll do: Coach, lead, and support the existing inside team. Develop Short Term Incentive Programs to keep Inside Team Motivated. Partner with HR to develop performance improvement plans. Create an optimal inside sales schedule that best supports customer service. Staff reception area to provide warm greetings for CW guests. Own and manage the NSI Process. Organize NSI requests by region. Hold weekly meetings with Regional Sales Managers to approve or deny NSI requests. Communicate approvals and denials to sales reps via e-mail. Track purchasing flow and notify reps when product lands. Ensure all NSIs are shipped next day. About you: 5-7 years of experience in Food Service sales management. Local resident to the defined geographic area is preferred. Food Service Experience is a must. Experience with Microsoft Excel. Extensive experience in all aspects of Relationship Management. Strong understanding of Food Service customers and market dynamics. Willingness to travel and work in a team of Food Service professionals.
