Responsibilities: Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values Ensure their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements) Monitor staffing levels across all departments to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately. Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectations Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations are current Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development. Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives Be responsible for location's payroll entry and inventory management Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability-related opportunities Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Area Director to address performance concerns and celebrate performance wins Qualifications: Have strong analytical, leadership and communication skills Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong communication and people skills Compensation and Benefits: Compensation that includes base salary, generous commissions, and bonus opportunities Excellent Medical Plans Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Comprehensive 401k package 40% discount on products Employee Referral Bonuses Free massage/skincare services monthly Location: Strongsville- 6 Southpark Center, Strongsville, OH 44136 ROP: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually DOE + Bonus Potential *ME SPE Franchising, LLC ("ME SPE") is a national franchisor of independently owned and operated franchised locations.
