Location: Portland, OR Also Boise, ID / Fishkill, NY / Albany, NY / Malta, NY Type: Permanent Status: Open Key Skills: Semiconductor equipment, data analysis, system diagnosis, tool calibration, PM, customer training Description: Responsible for equipment service support at customer sites: Maintain the system including daily monitoring, system diagnosis as required, regular tool calibrations and PMs. Troubleshooting and recovering the system from failure. Basic application support including recipe setup and optimization, defect detection and classification, hi-resolution review, defect analysis explanation. Customer training. Contact window between customer and support/research team. Coordinate on-site activities and logistics. Requirement: BA or higher in one of the following disciplines: EE, ME, SEM. Experience in semiconductor equipment preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong analytic and data analysis skills. Self-motivated and a great team player. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Some traveling to other customer sites in Asia may be required. Good communication skills both spoken and written (English); bilingual ability (Chinese) a big plus. Green card or US Citizen. Company offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
