Our successful candidate will develop excellent client relationships and mentor and promote our salaried and hourly team. Incentives: With a competitive salary of $105,000 - 130,000, this position is Bonus Eligible through the Annual Incentive Plan. Enjoy holidays and campus breaks off! Facilitate top quality dining options and implement innovative concepts to maintain high customer satisfaction survey scores. Mentor and promote staff. What You Bring: We are looking for candidates who: Have 3-5 years previous success as General Manager / Food Service Director in a campus dining account. Develop exceptional client relationships, ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments, as well as lead and motivate the management team. Possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen, culinary knowledge, and food and beverage cost controls.
