Responsible for all results in assigned stores, including: Ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met. P&L review with direct supervisor each month. Maintaining a minimum 50-hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day. Ensuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards. Staffing and training of all team members. Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained. Implementing all new products or ideas seamlessly. Ensuring all stores run at a minimum 4-star level. Performing self OER's in the 1st week of each period and making appropriate corrections. Completing evaluations and raises as needed and notifying paperwork and D.O. Following through on all assignments and ensuring all reports and paperwork are submitted timely. Ensuring all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate. Maintaining knowledge of all product and operational standards. Following all safety and security procedures and ensuring equipment is in working order. Maintaining store budgets. Preparing and delivering all school lunches within required standards. Providing accurate and detailed accountability and ensuring a paper trail exists. Ensuring all equipment is available and utilized correctly. Performing inventory checks on each store each month. Utilizing systems checklist and visit books effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
