The team will work to align business needs with current and future state to ensure systems are set up and supported following industry best practices to ensure strategic initiatives and compliance with federal and state regulatory laws and ensure business continuity. This position will be a part of the team responsible for supporting these efforts and transition to operational support. Emphases for the Enterprise Program Manager candidate will be a Project Lead to manage daily activities of a team responsible associated with new Financial and Administrative Applications efforts, overall tracking of those efforts, existing enhancements, defects, and bug fixes. Candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented, work under limited supervision, and respond to priority tasks as needed. Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: • Work with IT Leadership and Finance and Operations to confirm priorities, make adjustments as needed, identify gaps, assist with developing and maintaining roadmap • Assist program areas with resolving any reported issues • Adhere to industry best standards, State Security and IT policies and standards • Work with IT Leadership and provide technical support on the project • Ensure Business Requirements are defined and tracked • Ensure technical requirements and work breakdown support business requirements • Work with team and stakeholder to identify gaps • Follow and ensure IT Change Management process for system production changes • Monitor activities and user stories in Microsoft DevOps • Hold one-on-one meetings bi-weekly with assigned Team Members • Hold weekly meetings with support team and/or frequency required • Attend various supporting project meetings to include technical sessions, product configuration review, backlog prioritization, vendor standing meetings • Report daily stats • Confirm system aligns with organizational strategic business objectives • Requires mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes • Create and provide updates to upper management • Review and work with team to ensure supporting system documentation and training materials is created and maintained • Work in a collaborative effort to conceptualize total systems and/or product solutions currently in place • Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. ** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
