Agency Asset Manager II The Asset Manager II is responsible for the daily oversight and management of an assigned portfolio of multifamily loans, with a primary focus on risk mitigation efforts. As the primary point of contact, this role is responsible for monitoring emerging risk and working closely with borrowers and investors to seek remediation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Subject matter expert on Asset Management tasks Analyze financial statements and property operating statements Conduct property inspections Review reserve draws Process consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements. Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring Identify CREFC watchlist triggers and prepare investor comments for assigned portfolio Conduct market research and prepare market reports Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience At least 5 years of experience in Agency Asset Management Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of commercial real estate experience 6+ years of experience analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements 6+ years of asset management experience with managing Freddie Mac loans Freddie Mac Exempt Inspector Status or equivalent inspection experience ***At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. #CommReal #CREAG Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
