Click the link: About the Role You are a relationship champion. You take care of clients like they are family. You guard their assets, walk beside them and partner with them through all steps of their retirement. As a Relationship Manager, you will... Develop, manage and retain strong client relationships by serving our clients with excellence and sincerity. Collaborate with other Advisors as part of our clients' relationship management team. Critically analyze client financial circumstances to discover needs and determine solutions. Utilize financial planning software tools and perform cash flow analysis, create social security and retirement income plans, determine annuity and investment allocations, and evaluate tax savings strategies. Present and implement customized financial plans. Work with clients to facilitate account transfers for 401K rollovers and Roth conversions. Organize meeting notes and convert information into intelligible, actionable data in CRM & related software. Perform annual and semi-annual client reviews to evaluate and update client financial plans and investment strategies. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experienced: 5+ years experience in financial planning with proven customer relationship management. Licensed: WA Life/Health License, FINRA Series 65. CFP is required. Compensation Salary: Full Time Exempt $90K - $100K Plus Commissions Benefits Vacation: 3 weeks/1st year (4 weeks years thereafter); rollover or cash out up to 40 hours per year of your balance upon your anniversary hire date!
