Your Role & Responsibilities: As our Chief Sales Marketing Officer (Commission-Based), you will: Spearhead the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies. Drive lead generation and build partnerships to secure outsourcing projects. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, brokers, and partners. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Innovate and implement campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract clients. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team as we scale. What You Bring to the Table: A proven track record in sales and marketing, ideally in SaaS, Outsourcing, tech, and BPO services. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to think strategically and execute operationally. Passion for building something meaningful from the ground up.
