Position is based in Blaine, Minnesota but open to candidates located in the New York area, with the expectation of frequent travel to Blaine. The Global Brand Finance & Strategy leader plays a strategic leadership role to let the Brand maximize sustainable growth and contribute to deliver the Company shareholder value goal. This role leads the strategy development and long-range planning and Financial Planning and Analysis for the brand working in conjunction with the Brand Leadership Team, Region leadership and other corporate partners. The Brand President will rely on this role to anticipate trends, proactively drive value opportunities, manage risk and assess investment opportunities. Responsibilities Global Brand Strategy - Lead the coordination and development of the Brand Strategy in partnership with the Brand's Leadership team. Develop the Long-Range plan and leverage strategic financial analysis to optimize resource allocation. Track progress on key strategic initiatives throughout the year. Global Financial Planning - Lead the Annual budget process, inclusive of target setting and budget coordination for the Global Brand, for all regions and brand support areas. Ensure resources are aligned to support and enable growth initiatives and effectively drive cost efficiencies to continue to deliver profit growth objectives. Manage the Global Brand Profit and Cash Flow estimate during the year, inclusive of profit protection and resource re-allocation. Implement action plans to either fuel sales or protect profits. Global Financial Analysis - Assess global brand performance utilizing financial, market, consumer and other KPI's. Understand key drivers of performance across channels, categories and markets and support identification of growth opportunities, inclusive of pricing. Evaluate performance of new product launches, OPEX and Capital investment effectiveness and recommend changes to support growth objectives. Ensure that incremental distribution in all channels, and in particular via FSS doors, is financially attractive and sustainable. Lead ongoing cost efficiency initiatives and manage special projects/analysis as requested. Monthly Forecast Management - Play a leadership role in the SIOP meetings and actively support the Demand Management process across Affiliates, Regions the global brand, to ensure we optimize and properly balance Customer Service, Inventory levels and quality and speed to market, thus maximizing Value Creation in the end-to-end Supplier-ELC-Customer value chain. New Product Cost Management - Partner with Global Marketing to develop accurate cost objectives to deliver the New Product Cost Targets; provide early COGS impact analysis on new products prior to any purchase commitments at a regional and global level; establish targets 12-15 months prior to the on counter date; analyze impact reporting results on COGS scorecard and provide training sessions. Organization Capability - Create a competitive advantage by building an engaging, diverse and inclusive culture that develops talent needed for future success. Lead the Finance team to be a high performing unit. Challenge business teams to deliver financially attractive returns. QualificationsRequirements: MBA in Finance preferred Minimum 15 years Financial Planning and Analysis experience including management of staff, full P&L financial responsibility, development of strategies and budgets Exceptional financial forecasting, analytical and problem solving skills, strategic thinking, and business advisory skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to build relationships globally Excellent organization, presentation and writing skills Demonstrated success in the leadership of multiple projects that have driven enhanced value via identification of growth initiatives and cost efficiencies Organization development skills Demonstrated track record of driving and delivering results Ability to work in a dynamic and matrix environment International travel required 4-5 times per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
