The Impact You'll Make As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll serve as the technical bridge between cutting-edge AI infrastructure and the organizations pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence. You'll be the trusted advisor who ensures successful deployment and optimization of massive-scale GPU clusters, directly contributing to the advancement of AI capabilities worldwide. What You'll Do Architect and deploy massive GPU clusters (1000+ units) using advanced infrastructure-as-code practices Optimize complex compute, storage, and networking systems for peak performance Lead large-scale data migration projects with a focus on speed and cost-efficiency Problem-solve across the entire technical stack, from hardware to high-level systems Build automation tools that enhance deployment efficiency and cluster reliability What We're Looking For Sharp technical minds with 0-10 years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or related fields Computer Science degree from a leading university Hands-on experience with our core technologies: Kubernetes, SLURM, Go, Python, Bash, Ansible, and Terraform Outstanding communication abilities and customer-facing skills Most importantly: demonstrated ability to learn rapidly, exceptional work ethic, and genuine drive to achieve meaningful impact What's In It For You Competitive compensation package: $175K - $250K plus equity Remote-first culture with offices in New York, San Francisco, and London Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology at massive scale Direct impact on the future of AI infrastructure Collaborative environment focused on rapid learning and growth This is a rare opportunity to join a company that's not just participating in the AI revolution, but actively enabling it.
