Responsibilities Monitor Healthy Production Daily and Monthly Goals Ensure Office Operations are running efficiently Address Patient Concerns Communicate with Billing, Front Desk, and Clinical Operations Team Ensure Provider's Schedules are productive and organized Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Dental Experience Minimum 2+ Years Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk Admin a must Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred Compensation $85,000 - $90,000 yearly About Soul Dental Soul Dental is a contemporary, energetic, and growing company co-founded by two female friends.
