We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our technology product portfolio. Acting as a vital link between the manufacturer, distributor, and sales channels, this role focuses on maximizing product visibility, ensuring market availability, and driving adoption through creative marketing and sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Product Portfolio Management Identify high-turnover products from manufacturers. Conduct market analyses to adapt the portfolio to industry trends, competitor insights, and customer needs. Introduce new products, phase out obsolete lines, and align offerings with market demands. Manufacturer Relations Negotiate agreements, pricing, and promotional activities with manufacturers. Ensure compliance with sales objectives and contractual obligations. Commercial and Marketing Strategies Develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Collaborate with manufacturers to execute impactful promotional campaigns. Analysis and Reporting Monitor performance metrics such as sales, margins, and product turnover. Create comprehensive reports for manufacturers and senior leadership. Optimize inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand or product management, preferably within the technology or IT distribution sector. Proven ability to manage manufacturer relationships and negotiate agreements. Expertise in portfolio management and strategy development based on data analysis. Languages: Advanced English (oral and written) required; Portuguese (desirable) for regional collaboration. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud services); strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset. Creativity and expertise in developing marketing and commercial strategies.
