RichSmith Management is seeking an experienced Regional Property Director to manage a portfolio in our growing Louisiana & Mississippi region and surrounding areas. Specializing in affordable housing programs, particularly the LIHTC program, we take pride in owning and building our communities to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel, with 5 days a week spent on the road visiting apartment communities. Competitive Salary Comprehensive Benefit Package Opportunity for Growth and Development Supportive Team Environment Responsibilities: Manage an assigned portfolio of properties to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. Implement policies, procedures, and practices to ensure each property's success. Support and execute the property management company's strategic objectives related to property management. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years' experience as a District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties. 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC. Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams. Proven track record for successful lease-ups of new communities. Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates within budgetary restrictions. Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred. Must be willing to travel extensively and spend 5 days a week on the road. Must live in or relocate to Central/South Louisiana to accommodate regular onsite visits.
