About the role Thanks to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join the CMV Group. In this newly created and hands-on role, you'll enjoy working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team in both South Australia and Victoria to develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across our diverse range of businesses. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers across various digital platforms. Key requirements of the Role Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing Executives to develop, execute, and measure paid campaigns across a range of platforms, staying within budget while maximizing impact. Team Collaboration: Work with the wider marketing team to develop and implement digital initiatives that improve retention, conversion, and user experience. Website Maintenance: Work closely with Digital Marketing Coordinators to create, design, and maintain our website content and appearance using best practice SEO. EDM Communications: Collaborate on eDM creation and execute both internal and external communications, ensuring best practices are followed and results are monitored and reported. SEO/SEM Management: Partner with agencies to develop and manage SEO and SEM strategies, providing regular performance reports. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, insights and best practice, implementing changes as needed. Content Creation: Work with various stakeholders, including content producers, to brief, direct and deliver engaging digital content. Project Management: Handle projects efficiently and professionally, always meeting deadlines. Skills / Experience and Qualifications Completed tertiary studies in Marketing, Communications/Journalism or PR. 3+ years' experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Google Analytics best practice and social media platform advertising. Extensive experience in using Campaign Monitor or similar EDM software with a high level understanding of best practices. Experience in developing, capturing and executing content for various digital channels. Experience using a variety of content management systems (CMS) and an understanding of website design and content best practices. Experience with the Adobe suite is desirable. Knowledge of best practice SEO and PPC desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for writing. Excellent team collaboration skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
