Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing open positions for a variety of functions within Trident to ensure that hiring and staffing goals are met. This includes partnering with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to define positions, develop and implement candidate generation strategies, and manage the interviewing and selection process. This is a high-volume recruiting environment hiring skilled workers in a Seafood Manufacturing environment in remote Alaska or Trident's L48 Value Added facilities. The requisition load for the Recruiter will be 60+ open roles. Partners with hiring managers on a variety of searches, including hourly and salaried positions. Communicates statuses regularly to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. Proactively identifies issues and solicits feedback from the hiring manager to ensure that each search is on target. Develops candidate generation plans (sourcing plans) to effectively reach broad and diverse pools of candidates. Drives proactive outreach and implements effective job engagement strategies. Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates; builds a pipeline of candidates. Initiates advertising and identifies advertising outlets. Keeps up with current recruiting trends including social media, job boards, veteran organizations, and others. Attends relevant events. Ensures recruiting and hiring process meets legal and regulatory guidelines and best practices, including OFCCP, EEO, ADA, Title VII, and others. Learns the Trident business by traveling to locations to learn and maintains first-hand knowledge of the workings of our operations. Tracks all recruiting activity using an online applicant tracking system and a variety of reports to collect accurate recruiting data that will support the continued analysis and improvement. This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $78k to $90k. Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Minimum Requirements Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs) A minimum of two years of recruiting experience recruiting for Skilled Trades roles in a Manufacturing production environment. A minimum of two years of experience identifying Skilled Trades talent for an organization, proactive sourcing and candidate generation. Experience managing a high volume of open roles, at least 50 open requisitions at one time. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment and the ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a complex team. Results-driven and action-oriented: must be capable of working in a fast-paced, self-directed, and changing environment. Excellent customer service skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate candidate records in an ATS and a variety of reporting tools. Preferred education and experience A bachelor's degree, or the equivalent combination of education and years of experience. Experience recruiting for a wide variety of position types such as corporate and operations-based roles. Project management skills. Work environment (includes travel/on-call): This job takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and has moderate noise.
