Resp. for interior layout & design planning for corporate events, conventions, weddings, & large-scale events, incl. many Islamic cultural events. Must have AA degree in Meeting & Event Mgmt, Comms., Interior Design, or related field. Must have 1 yr. exp. in event planning & interior design, incl. collab w/ design team on design & layout of interior spaces, creating floorplans/layouts, balancing functional needs w/ aesthetic vision, conferring w/ clients/associates & establish project design vision, maintaining open lines of communication w/ project participants, mging expectations, & exec. designs w/ clients' vision/rqmts. Must have 1 yr. exp. rendering 3D models w/ Autodesk AutoCAD & SketchUp with V-Ray. Demonstr. knowl. creating & mging project budgets & timelines, communicating w/ vendors, coordinating vendor setup & breakdown, conceptualizing & executing event design aesthetic, designing layout for event spaces, optimizing efficient use of event spaces, arranging seating, & coordin. eqmt use & setup. Must have exp. w/ & knowl. of Islamic culture & religious traditions, incl. Islamic wedding traditions & dietary laws. Must have deep understanding of Islamic prayer rituals & customs, & ability to read Arabic & speak Urdu. Must be familiar w/ MS Teams & Slack. Resumes by email only: . Must reference job order SEC1.
