Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to help clients navigate the complexities of high-growth business ventures. Provide expert legal guidance on corporate governance, equity financing, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. Qualifications: 4 to 6 years of experience in a major law firm, with a focus on private offerings , venture capital , and emerging company transactions . Strong academic background with excellent verbal and written communication skills . Exceptional interpersonal skills , with the ability to build strong client relationships. Active membership to the California Bar . A passion for working with high-growth technology businesses .
