Key Responsibilities As a Senior Fabrication Welder, you will: Perform work with precision, adhering to Standard Work procedures and ensuring the highest quality. Identify and report nonconforming conditions or out-of-standard issues to supervisors for resolution. Collaborate with your team to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following 5S methodology. Continuously learn and apply new job skills to enhance overall team effectiveness. Utilize and troubleshoot equipment for MIG, STICK, TIG, and FLUX core welding. Train and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency. Actively participate in identifying and implementing workflow improvements. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Requirements Experience: 5-7 years of welding experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: Proficiency in MIG, STICK, TIG, and FLUX core welding. Ability to read and write in English. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Windows) and math skills. Competence in using hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, pliers, wrenches) and measurement equipment (e.g., rulers, calipers, tape measures). Physical Requirements: Ability to stoop, kneel, stand for long periods, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and depth perception. Salary & Benefits Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 - $32.00 (actual rates may vary based on location, experience, and performance).
