Are you currently a Maintenance Manager with Hands-on experience in a Wood Industrial manufacturing setting with strong supervisory skills? WE NEED YOU! As the Maintenance Manager, your goals will be to implement maintenance preventative and predictive programs, lead a safety conscious team of mechanics & contractors, help meet quality standards with equipment maintenance, and meet budget objectives for parts & labor. You'll also manage your department's Health & Safety training, staffing, equipment needs, labor and job scheduling, and employee relations. As the Maintenance Manager, you'll focus on: · Assist maintenance planning and reliability maintenance with CMMS · Monitor and improve processes, procedures, and equipment to eliminate safety hazards lowering risks, with a goal of achieving a zero OSHA recordable case rate · Develop and implement maintenance training strategies to grow and develop the maintenance staff · Maintain a high level of internal control over the maintenance processes and implement controls where needed to manage the maintenance spend · Develop and implement an overall Maintenance Strategy and work with Reliability to increase equipment uptime & decrease unprofitable downtime.
