Meanwhile, Kinya Ramen, our latest culinary venture, has already unfurled its charm with 9 operational units and numerous more poised for imminent launch. Duties & Responsibilities Assist the COO in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for all brands within the portfolio. Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions. Collaborate with operations team leaders to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand identity and business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including menus, signage, and promotional materials. Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering positive brand interaction. Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Plan and execute local store marketing (LSM) initiatives and promotional events to increase customer traffic and engagement. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure promotional activities are effectively implemented at the unit level. Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics for review by the Director of Marketing. Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary goals. Provide guidance and support to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Assist in training and mentoring junior marketing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to execute marketing initiatives effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 7 years of experience in marketing, previous experience in a supervisory role is required. 3 years in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Bilingual: English | Mandarin (Preferred).
