Location: Will work between Multi-Facilities (Carson, Commerce, Rancho Dominguez) Compensation: Hourly pay starting at $24-$26.00 PH (DOE) Bonus plan after six months of employment Paid Vacation Holidays Sick pay Health care with a $275 monthly contribution Eye Dental Life Insurance Health Care $65 monthly cell phone allowance The company provides laptops and other IT-related equipment. Transfer to company payroll after agency hours have been completed. Role Description: The Outbounds Manager role monitors all outbounds operational flows against pre-set SOP and develops best practices to improve our operations. They will manage staff, foster a positive work environment, and drive operational compliance through KPI enforcement and process improvement. The successful candidate will have a firsthand approach and be committed to our business's expansion and success, increasing productivity and enabling operational target achievements. General Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day outbound operations with flexible availability to support late shifts and weekends. Responsible for our operational performance KPIs. Identify and track key-level metrics. Ensure our operations follow established standard operating procedures published by the executive and leadership team. Hire, train, coach, and motivate employees. You will also be responsible for setting and managing the team's goals. Be a key member of our facility supervision team Must have relevant prior work experience as a receiving supervisor. Shift audit responsibilities.(not limited to) Outbounds Pallet building and wrapping Vendor compliance Safety MHE operations Skills: Prior experience in outbounds (B2B and ECOM flows) and operational excellence Proficiency in systems, emails, and computer software Outbounds metric report understanding Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods of operations. Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills Ability to train and mentor others. Can hold and handle productive pre-shift staff meetings. High School Degree Min 3-5+ years in a similar role. Min 3-5+ years in a management position Prior experience in problem management and resolution. Has prior experience working within a growing leadership team Knowledge of WMS scanning applications Extensive vendor compliance knowledge and understanding. Notes: Can stand for extended periods.
