What you will do: Daily operational oversight, assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of TA processes, including data validation, document handling, and timely transaction execution. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with TA operations, such as errors in recordkeeping or non-compliance issues. Review and confirm the quality of reports issued by the TA to meet expectations. Partner with internal business teams to represent HarbourVest and ensure the TA meets global operating model standards. Perform periodic audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of TA records and procedures. Act as a liaison between HarbourVest, TA, and third parties to facilitate communication and address inquiries or concerns. Lead and facilitate meetings with TAs, distributors, and collaborators. Work closely with distributors to ensure service levels are met and collaborate on changes related to advisors, custodians, or platforms. Disseminate reports related to fund information, regulatory requirements, or client information as needed. Calculate various distributor/intermediary fees and coordinate payments. Collaborate with collaborators to understand data needs and improve data integration capabilities. What you bring: Extensive experience working with external providers (fund administrators, distributors, intermediaries, custodians) and private wealth investors. Operational knowledge of open and closed-end funds in a transfer agency capacity. Demonstrated experience in a highly collaborative culture, working closely with senior leadership across different functions. Expertise in managing third-party relationships, from vendor selection to performance management. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels, including senior management. A strong sense of accountability and the ability to form meaningful connections. Education Preferred: Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience. Experience: 15+ Years operational experience with a minimum of 5 years in a management role preferred (Manager level, VP, SVP, or MD) #LI-Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
