Director of Human Resources responsibilities include managing all functions of Human Resources at the property level in such a way as to ensure that the rights of our Team Members at all levels and those of the Company are honored and respected, and that we maintain a working environment in which everyone is inspired to achieve excellence. In addition, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for ensuring that the Company is in compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations and that all Team Members uphold Company standards, policies and procedures. Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience; at least three (3) years in management preferred. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or other computer and HR Software. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to relate well with all levels of organization; strong listening and critical thinking skills. Ability to evaluate courses of action and reach sound, non-judgmental management decisions and resolutions. Bilingual ability highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
