Marketing: Sony Music Entertainment seeks Associate Director, Marketing (NY, NY) to work on all aspects of marketing for assigned artists. Plan, develop, pitch, and execute innovative marketing strategies to launch brands and develop artists. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Music Business or related field. 3 years of experience in the job offered or related field. Experience working with Digital Service Providers (DSPs) and promotional strategies in the music industry. Develop and execute online marketing plans for diverse musical artists. Monitor analytics on streaming platforms. Collect and analyze music industry data on customer demographics, preferences, and needs to identify potential markets. Telecommuting permitted 1 day/week. 10% domestic and international travel required. Salary: $93,000 to $100,000 /year.
