An experienced Director of Business Development focused on Intelligence Community customers in Maryland is sought by BlueHalo. The successful candidate will manage the relationship between the MPO and USCYBERCOMMAND customer and the company, and help drive new business within BlueHalo in the Intel market. This involves collaborating with people inside and outside of your organization, and working closely with BlueHalo's Senior Leadership Team to drive new business growth for the business. Responsibilities Build, maintain and drive a new business pipeline for the Intel Portfolio, Maryland Operations Business Unit, through the identification of business opportunities that align with strategic business priorities and customer missions. Evaluate business opportunities by regularly conducting pipeline reviews, gate reviews, and due diligence. Lead MPO and USCYBERCOMMAND growth activities by facilitating business opportunities through the business acquisition process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners. Contribute to IC Growth Strategy by supporting strategic captures and customer engagement. Required Education, Skills, and Experience Active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph security clearance. Minimum 10 years direct experience with the MPO customer. Understanding of cyber operations, SIGINT, and software tool development capabilities. Proven record of pursuing and winning new business opportunities of significant size, complexity of scope. Demonstrated ability to earn trust and respect of key customers including successfully managing difficult/delicate customer conversations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact at executive levels of Government and industry. BS/BA degree at a four-year college/university.
