The ability to develop a strong "Pipeline" to consistently have a steady flow of active patient referrals. Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategies in Long Term Care and the ability to develop new and innovative approaches to both sales and marketing. Ability to understand and provide a high level of customer service. Ability to understand and assist with training on admissions process, payors, and how the admission can impact the community. This position is ideal for someone with prior marketing/business development and admissions experience in long term care. A strong proven track record of increasing census while communicating a vision to potential customers is essential. We are looking for this person to assist in converting hospital or community referrals into short term or long term stays within our community and overall assist in creating a positive environment with the interdisciplinary team, in the community.
