Responsibilities Manage members of the RFIC Design team Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements Assist with hiring engineers and coordinating their training Requirements Strong technical background with 10+ years chip industry experience in at least one of the following areas in Analog/Mixed-Signal: data converters, filters, analog building blocks Excellent communication skills and ability to excel and leadership abilities with a strategic mind Master or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / Affirmative Action employer and welcome all qualified applicants.
