As a client-facing Campaign Producer - Media, you'll join our team of talented Strategists, Growth Marketers, and Data Specialists who develop and execute marketing and product strategies that drive business outcomes. We're looking for someone with experience managing complex digital campaigns who can help our teams align, simplify, and implement actionable solutions. What you'll do: As a Campaign Producer-Media, you'll work within our strategy practice to manage and execute large-scale brand and growth campaigns and intricate paid media initiatives. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Here's what you'll be responsible for: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle. Build and nurture strong client relationships as their trusted advisor for digital marketing initiatives. Keep clients actively engaged"”from collaboration sessions to regular updates"”throughout campaign planning, launch, and management. Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to help deliver strategic recommendations to clients. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, expectations for meeting cadences and async communication for engagements and other next steps. Ensure the team clearly understands timelines and budgets for complex multi-channel marketing campaigns. Ensure each project plan is well-understood and promptly adjusted as circumstances change or new insights emerge. Coordinate workload across teams to meet deadlines while working with leadership to ensure optimal resource allocation. Lead regular status meetings and deliver clear, concise updates to all stakeholders. Collaborate with media planning teams to implement highly targeted audience strategies across various digital platforms. Establish clear ownership of mar-tech vendor communications with the ops and media team during kickoff, ensuring proper setup and optimization of measurement and analytics tools for campaign tracking. Collaborate with operations to ensure external creative agencies deliver client-approved assets that align with campaign objectives and media specifications on schedule. Anticipate and resolve potential risks and roadblocks, working with the strategy team to develop solutions and maintain project momentum. Identify when project approaches need simplification to meet goals and deliverables, and coordinate team realignment accordingly. Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial strategy to final performance reports. Review client presentations with lead strategist(s) to ensure we are effectively communicating campaign data and insights while delivering compelling content that meets client expectations. Ask questions, farm for dissent, inspire conversation and drive alignment among internal cross-functional team, creative collaborators and media/mar-tech vendors. Lead project planning sessions including pre-mortems and post-mortems, gather campaign assets for company case studies, and coordinate wrap-up reports. Document best practices and lessons learned from each project to drive continuous improvement. Who you are: In this role, you'll need to be a master of organization, a skilled communicator, and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. Your ability to not just navigate, but be a step ahead of complex projects and diverse stakeholder groups will be key to delivering successful campaigns that exceed client expectations. You have a minimum of 4 years experience at an agency working in the trenches on executing, producing or project managing on digital media campaigns (traditional media, social media, experiential and PR/influencer experience a plus). You have experience using organization tools like Notion and project management tools like Productive, Coda, Asana or Monday. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to juggle complex projects, foresee challenges and drive momentum. Your base salary offer will be determined by your career experience and skill level demonstrated throughout the interview process. Mid-Level: $65,000 - $105,000 with a midpoint of $85,000. Senior: $80,000 - $120,000 with a midpoint of $100,000. Profit Sharing: Additionally, target variable compensation for team members based on seniority are: Mid-Level: 5-10% (that is $3,250 - $10,500 on top of the base salary). Senior: 5-10% (that is $4,000 - $12,000 on top of the base salary). Health Benefits: We offer a variety of health insurance options available on the first day after the first month of employment. 401k: Set your future self up for financial success! Employees can start contributing to their 401k after 30 days of employment. We offer up to a 3% match. Flexible WFH Policy: For this role, we are looking for candidates exclusively in NY or LA; however, we are generally flexible about where the team works. Our NY and LA-based team members work from the local office at least 1 day a week (typically Thursdays). Responsible PTO Policy: In addition to US holidays, we are flexible and collaborative about planning and taking time off. Family Leave: We offer 3 months of paid family leave for birthing parents and 2 months for non-birthing parents. All parents can choose to take additional time off. Personal and Professional Development Home Office Stipend: We provide a laptop and monitor plus an additional $500 to set up your home office. Office Office: We have IRL office spaces in NY and LA (as well as Amsterdam, Sydney, and London). Our team members near the NY and LA offices are expected to work from the office at least 1 day a week. Professional Development: All full-time team members receive an annual professional development budget that increases with your tenure. Retreats: Join us for company get-togethers each year. Sabbaticals: Take a 6-week break, fully paid, after every 5 years. Other Details This is a full-time opportunity for individuals living in the Eastern or Central US time zone.
