The Northrop Grumman (NG) Human Resources organization is seeking a Cohorts, Change, and Communications Manager to join the Enterprise Critical Skills Development organization (CSD). CSD provides learning & development services & solutions for NG's most critical skills, empowering employees to tackle today's needs and create tomorrow's opportunities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, deliver, and sustain virtual and in-person training and development offerings, emphasizing experiential and simulation-based learning. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across NG to ensure effective and engaging content. Drive project execution by establishing timelines and project plans, managing resources, and identifying & addressing risks. Define business-driven success outcomes and apply NG's Learning & Development Measurement Framework to evaluate the impact of programs and initiatives. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in learning methodologies / adult learning theory. Partner with sector and enterprise communications and change management teams to ensure effective deployment and utilization of development resources. Prepare and present briefings to multiple stakeholder groups, including C-suite leaders. Successful team members will: Exercise creativity and independent thinking to envision and develop new solutions. Take initiative in advancing individual projects and the larger team's goals. Navigate ambiguous situations and adapt to shifting priorities, proactively providing thought leadership. Possess strong project management skills, with an intense focus on execution, to deliver solutions with quality and speed. Possess exceptional verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at the highest levels. Possess exceptional relationship-building skills, with an ability to manage the demands of multiple stakeholders. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree with at least 14 years of relevant experience (12 years with a Master's and 9 years with Doctorate); 18 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. At least 3 years of formal people management experience. Demonstrated ability to create & deliver training/development programs, resources, and curricula. Demonstrated project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated experience collaborating across organizational boundaries and influencing stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Education or related field. Demonstrated proficiency delivering executive-level presentations. Experience with core HR capabilities, such as consulting, coaching, communications, and change management, including relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, SHRM, PHR). Worked in/around STEM fields, especially the technical & functional domains we support (e.g., Systems Engineering, Program Management, Business Development, Artificial Intelligence). Experience partnering with 3rd-party and higher-education institutions to design & deliver programs. Experience formally evaluating the effectiveness & impact of solutions. Experience delivering global solutions, including export requirements. Experience supporting alternative career pathways and skills development solutions (e.g., apprenticeships, immersive boot camps/academies).
