Overview of the Position: The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have. - Responsible for taking a lead role in employer outreach, securing positions in major companies and widening our database of potential brand-name companies. - Responsible for generating leads to contribute to the adult learner enrollment at Monroe University through in-person outreach, webinars, virtual information sessions, and lunch and learns. - Undertake targeting and building new markets for the University through existing corporate relationships and developing new ones. Core Responsibilities: Focusing on promoting Monroe University and its programs to corporate representatives locally, nationally, and internationally. Developing and maintaining strategic and annual planning for recruiting events/activities for all corporate relationships. Maintaining data on the number of students retained by partner, which degree programs have been successful, and relaying pertinent data to the Vice President on an ongoing basis. Overseeing and developing short- and long-term programs for outside agencies needing employee enrollment in programs. Working hand in hand with Admissions to assist employees from partner companies in enrolling at Monroe. Collaborating with Career Services to develop internships/job placement opportunities for Monroe University students. Facilitating information sessions, lunch & learns, and lead-generating events to promote Monroe University. Educating Corporate Partners on all areas of study/degrees/courses at Monroe University and special requirements for potential students. The ability to work individually and in small groups. Being an effective team member with Career Services, Admissions, and Academics. Public speaking is a plus for meetings with various partners' staff and HR Departments. Organization and record keeping. Sales experience. Business to Business experience. Admissions, Career Services, Recruiting experience. Management experience is a plus. This position requires a car, working on-site in the office (dependent upon schedule), and flexibility to work evening hours when required. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
