We are seeking a Sr Marketing Specialist to support marketing department activities with marketing and sales tactics for multiple internal and external stakeholders. This position will manage organic social media, paid social media, digital ads, and media trades and report on campaign success with a focus on continuous improvement. Essential Functions Work closely with marketing managers on executing tactics to achieve business unit goals. Support creative production of materials, programs, and processes. Manage Hootsuite social media platform along with developing daily/weekly posting. Develop reporting and analysis for social media and email marketing optimization. Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media ads and Google search/display ads. Manage external media trades. This task requires strong organization skills and professional communication skills. Attend tradeshows to provide social media coverage, as needed. Travel required, up to 20%. Qualifications Education, Certifications or Formal Training: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Experience: Three to five (3-5) years marketing and/or digital marketing experience that includes at least one (1) year social media management (Hootsuite). Skilled in social media paid ads and Google search/display ads. Experience with email marketing management systems (Higher Logic). Knowledge and experience with graphics arts software (CanvaPro, Adobe, Photoshop) for email, social media, and website applications. Video development and posting knowledge are valued. HTML knowledge, UTM tracking, and ROI experience are needed for email, social media, and website applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Experience with SharePoint is a plus. Pay is dependent upon qualifications; Pay range is targeted between $69,571 to $79,510 per year and is paired with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Immediate eligibility and vesting for retirement savings plan with a 6% employer contribution and 3% company match upon hire.
