Senior Proposal Manager

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads the proposal development process from initiation to submission, ensuring that proposals are compelling, well-structured, and meet all requirements. Manages and mentors a team of proposal managers and specialists providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality proposals. Assesses and improves proposal development processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness. Oversees the review and editing of proposal documents and contract documents, ensuring compliance with department and company standards along with all legal, technical, and regulatory requirements. Synchronizes the development of proposal schedules with proposal managers ensuring that deadlines are met, and all submission requirements are fulfilled. Collaborates with other departments to develop winning bid strategies, including pricing, technical solutions, and competitive positioning. Stimulates engagement and interface with clients and partners to understand needs, addresses concerns, and provides excellent customer service throughout the proposal process.
