As a member of the Network Management team, our Provider Performance Director develops and implements provider engagement strategies to drive performance improvements in population health, quality, and outcomes. This includes analyzing data, setting targets, and identifying innovative solutions to support practice transformation and achieve business objectives - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier. What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: The Provider Performance Director would have a Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in healthcare, science, business or related field and 12+ years' experience in one of the following areas: provider performance, quality improvement, population health management, provider contracting and reimbursement, managed care, healthcare delivery, risk adjustment, Stars, alternative payment models (APM) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills and Attributes: Demonstrated knowledge of medical group/IPA operations, integrated delivery systems, and health plans, as well as industry trends and challenges. Understanding of provider coding, documentation practices, reimbursement, and contract methodologies. Proven ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement actions to resolve issues and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data to various stakeholders. Proficient in using collaboration tools, presentation software, CRM, reporting, and spreadsheet software to create and maintain databases, reports, and documents. Ability to work independently, managing priorities, driving results, and effectively handling high-pressure environments and conflict. What You Will Do at Cambia: Initiates and leads network efforts focused on industry best practices, acquiring deep knowledge of cost, quality, and utilization metrics to oversee performance. Contributes to the development and execution of cohesive network business strategies, partnering with Network Management leadership and subject matter experts. Improves provider organization performance through data analysis, knowledge of best practices, and development of interventions in collaboration with peers and leaders. Serves as a subject matter expert on APMs, staying informed and updated on value-based care contracts, program changes, and industry trends. Develops and deploys best-practice network incentives/recognition, participating in internal workgroups to support development of effective member and provider network-directed interventions. Leverages Quality Incentive Program to promote provider-focused use of available resources and tools to improve member health outcomes. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
