Serve as the main point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support. Conduct consultations to understand business needs and recommend appropriate AT&T solutions. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty while achieving sales targets. Resolve client concerns or issues promptly, maintaining professionalism and high-quality service standards. What We're Looking For: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or B2B account management (telecom experience is a plus). Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-focused approach. A passion for helping businesses grow through value-driven sales strategies.
