Job Overview: Working with and supporting the Senior Director, Product Management and the overall Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist - Product Management is responsible for the management of Ambry's sample collection kits. The scope of the role includes oversight of sustaining activities for existing configurations as well as the assessment of business cases, client needs, and design requirements for new kit/BOM development. The Marketing Specialist - Product Management works cross-functionally with numerous departments across the organization and requires the ability to manage a range of projects, balance multiple deadlines, and assist with outside vendor management and other operational responsibilities. Essential Functions: Partners with Client Support, Quality/Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other functions to manage sample collection kits and BOM configurations. Reviews, evaluates, and manages responses to commercial requests for kit updates and new kit/BOM creation. Contributes to the creation and management of IFUs and other supporting materials included in kit BOMs. Leads efforts to address issues impacting the performance and/or client experience associated with kits and kit components. Collects and analyzes competitive intel, market dynamics, and customer feedback to ensure sample collection kits and client experience are market competitive and foster customer loyalty. Communicates key updates to the organization. Ensures projects adhere to processes and all documentation is maintained appropriately. Assesses project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience, with at least 1+ years of experience working in a Marketing department. Minimum 1 year of professional experience, working on a small to mid-sized team. Minimum 2 years of project management or coordination of a professional marketing team. Experience utilizing online task management programs, and Microsoft suite, including Projects, Excel, and Tasks. Experience with file management and compliance platforms. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability and confidence to manage up and down. Preferred: MBA or other related graduate-level degree preferred.
