The Sage Group's client, a beloved Tech and streaming company, is seeking a social analyst to join the global Insights & Analytics team. In this role you will be responsible for owning each step in the reporting process, from developing queries, to building cohesive, written reports that showcase social insights. This role requires strategic thinking, a deep analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. You are an analytical thinker and problem solver, who understands how to synthesize the big picture implications of social data to help the company make critical decisions. You are very organized, independent, and a team player, willing to jump in and help others when needed. Responsibilities: Create complex boolean queries in Brandwatch to analyze specific topics Clean + update queries as needed Create filters + audience lists to segment queries Create analytics solutions in Brandwatch to showcase insights (dashboards, alerts, reports) Build written reports outside of Brandwatch (word docs, slides) to analyze the content of social conversation and provide the company with strategic and thoughtful insights Present findings from reports, along with recommendations, to XFN teams Train team members on using Brandwatch and the self-serve dashboards that you'll create for them Build processes to scale social efforts across the organization Required Skills: Strategic and data-driven: Someone who's able to carefully and knowledgeably contribute to bigger picture goals using data and insights Social media analytics experience + tool knowledge: Expert in writing boolean logic-based queries Expert in Brandwatch required Experience in Sprinklr helpful Experience in Tubular, CreatorIQ, DemographicsPro, or another profile-based tool is helpful Strong communication and data storytelling skills Proactive, independent worker: someone who makes strategic decisions with minimal guidance from above Curiosity to understand issues and the motivation to drive resolution Additional technical skills highly preferred: Code-based skills (SQL queries) Dashboard development experience Duration: Long term contract - 1 year with the likelihood to extend further Location: 100% remote within the United States Compensation: $70-75 hourly, w-2 #J-18808-Ljbffr
