This position will work alongside a Senior Property Manager in a portfolio with approximately 40-50 tenants. Position will work with an outstanding team, engineering team, parking staff, and other vendors. Acting as a liaison between Ownership and Tenants Interfacing with current and prospective tenants Troubleshooting any property issues or concerns Dispatching maintenance staff for work orders Managing tenant improvements and CapX projects Developing and managing budget Analyzing budget and explaining variances Preparing CAM's Overseeing accounts payable and receivable for the properties Generating Ownership reporting Preparing financial analysis reporting Leasing properties Tracking lease agreements and termination dates Processing renewals Managing vendor relations Mentoring an APM and Property Administrator Interfacing with Ownership regularly What special skills do I need? People oriented Ability to multi-task Ability to work proactively What are the requirements? 3+ years working as a commercial Property Manager in Class A BA or BS Required Experience with office and industrial space ideal Strong working financial knowledge working with an institutional ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr
