The Position Summary: To provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation, consultation, treatments, as well as treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. Treatments may include: anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, thread lifts, platelet-rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, lip enhancement, buttocks enhancement, cryolipolysis, and other fat reduction treatments. Along with service duties, the Aesthetic Injector will assist in the development and growth of spa sales by ensuring their personal schedule meets utilization requirements, meeting/exceeding memberships sold goals, and maximizing individual ticket and retail sales. To ensure these numbers are reached, the injector will be required to make phone calls, send text messages, and participate in other marketing events and/or outreach designated by the Spa Manager. Qualifications: Legally certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant within the jurisdiction of employment Knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products, and trends One year or more injecting experience Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques, and treatment plans Essential Skills: Organized Responsive Adaptive and flexible Continuous improvement mentality Effective communication Time management Self-management Positive attitude Enthusiastic Team orientation Self-motivated Empathetic Creative Responsible Physical/Mental Requirements: Ability to lift at least 30lbs Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, utilizing proper PPE Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity, and fine motor skills Perks: PTO Growth Opportunities Company-paid team outings Continuous training and education #J-18808-Ljbffr
