Job Description: AFS is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst SME to analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. The OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst SME will assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. They will also research, gather and synthesize information. This role has up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS travel. Here's what you need: Must have or obtain U.S. Passport within 30 days of employment 8+ years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community 3+ years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development 2+ years of experience with digital signature reduction Bonus points if you have: Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience) Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources) Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above Security Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
