Summary Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Foodservice, the position of Senior Brand Manager, SureCrisp, will be responsible for the North American SureCrisp portfolio - a top global priority initiative for the enterprise with the goal of ensuring a superior fry experience both in restaurant and at home after delivery. The ideal candidate must be results oriented, passionate about uncover insights, analytical and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities Develop long term growth strategies and drive key initiatives by leading cross functional teams that include Sales, Customer Marketing, R&D, Finance, Innovation and external partner agencies. Accountable for SureCrisp AOC KPIs; volume, net sales, profit, share & brand equity measures. Lead and manage the day to day NA SureCrisp business; business reporting, P&L management, S&OP and forecasting, budget management, creative development, commercialize projects and sales execution. Core team member of Global SureCrisp Platform; partner with global leads and counterparts to develop a holistic strategy & 3 year roadmap across key pillars; proposition, distribution, supply & quality. Contribute to strategies and tactical plans that support the total NA Potato objectives, goals, and vision -- keeping the operator and consumer in mind -- as part of the long-range planning process. Act as a key leader on the category marketing team, partnering with the Core brand team, Integrated Marketing, Customer Marketing, and external agencies to align marketing communications within the full brand strategy, ensuring a holistic and impactful communication plan. Forge relationships with the core brand team and cross-functional partners to ensure executional excellence across the SureCrisp portfolio in concert with core brand plans and tactics. Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA strongly preferred). Minimum 7 years of brand management. Previous experience working in the CPG space and within Foodservice strongly preferred. Ownership of brand or pipeline strategy for a distinct business segment. Self-starter that can find a business opportunity, create compelling business strategies, and explore it entrepreneurially. Strong financial acumen, analytical abilities, communication skills and decisiveness. Ability to influence the organization and key stakeholders with fact-based evidence. Adept with Stage-Gate process to drive decision-making with gatekeepers. Excellent written and oral communication skills (including strong presentation skills). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Passion for, and understanding of, food industry preferred.
