Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields Experience managing and leading teams in customer service centered industries is critical Must speak English; bilingual Spanish-English is a plus Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Directors and Staff Credentials for Child Care Center Director as required by ELC and DCF 45 hours DCF Requirements People, customer service, and sales skills are necessary Administrative experience Mission: You will develop positive relationships with parents, children, and co-workers. You will work to develop excellent leadership to supervise and inspire your team to work diligently. You will perform sales and customer service duties when selling the school and registering new children to maintain high occupation goals. You will provide a warm, nurturing, safe, and loving environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence is encouraged, and individuality is respected. You will ensure that the educational model and curriculum are applied and implemented successfully.
