Essential functions and responsibilities of a BCBA include, but are not limited to: Consultation Training Direct Assessment and Support Planning Supervision Documentation Qualifications Our Ideal Candidate : Master's degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in education, psychology, or other related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or credentialed or enrollment in a graduate program leading to a BCBA. Experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders. Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans. Willingness to travel in school district settings.
